Self-Regulation Paper : Are you in the same shape today that you were on March 15th 2020? Are you more out of shape this summer than during any other summer in your life ? What’s your plan to recover yourself ? Starting on June 27th you will have the opportunity to improve your health. For 3 weeks, you will track your daily behavior in a health-relevant area of you choice to see if you can improve/change your habits.
1. This prompt asks you to draw up a project to improve your health condition. Since the paper is about due in a week, it is impossible to record the data. You can just draw up a project, then make data and results up.
2. I have posted some paper examples for you. 3. You paper should be anchored on one of the health models. It should be clear how it that applies to 3-week health project. You will document you “Methods”(ie, use an iWatch/FitBit to keep track of workouts) and your finds. Including a section on your challenges and difficulties, and things you learned along the way.
4. The slide of related knowledge(Health models, page 61-87 of the slide) you are going to apply to the paper has posted.
5. 6 Pages = 1 page for abstract + 5 pages for main part of the paper. 27
