Final Essay– SE 526 – Content Access for Students with
Learning Differences – Identify three items, concepts, ideas, and/or practices,
which you learned about in this course, that have informed you, shocked you,
enlightened you, concerned you, and/or impacted you and your thinking,
understanding, and/or instruction when working with students with learning
disabilities and differences. Describe each point in depth and then conclude by
saying how these points have altered your views and your classroom practices
going forward. You are encouraged to use the whole course – course texts and
Use your notes, PowerPoints, books, and/or other
resources available through the course. This should be at least a 1 – 2-page
paper written in Times New Roman, 12 font, 1-inch margin, and double spaced –
this does not include a bibliography of outside sources. You do not need a full
cover page, but your name needs to be at the top of the paper.
This Final should consist of a short
introductory paragraph in which you identify your three points, then your three
points presented in detail and depth in at least one paragraph each, and a
concluding paragraph in which you describe how these points have altered your
views and your instruction and classroom practices going forward.
If you cite one of our books, cite by author’s
last name, year, and page number.
